Everything You Need To Know Before Booking!
Deposit Policy

A £25 deposit is required to secure all bookings over £40 at Beyond Beauty Boutique. Any service below this price will require a lower deposit dependant on the service price.
This deposit confirms your appointment and ensures your preferred time is reserved. The deposit will be deducted from the final price of the service on the day of your appointment.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show, as it covers the time allocated for your booking. By paying the deposit, you agree to these terms.
Cancellations & No-Shows

At Beyond Beauty Boutique, we require at least 3 days' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us sufficient time to offer the slot to another client and maintain the smooth running of our schedule.

If less than 3 days' notice is given, the £25 deposit will be forfeited, and an additional £5 re-booking fee will be applied to your next appointment. This policy ensures our stylists’ time is respected and helps us continue providing excellent service to all clients.

Lateness Policy
​
At Beyond Beauty Boutique, we understand that life happens, and sometimes you may run late. To ensure fairness to all our clients and maintain a smooth schedule, the following lateness policy applies:

Up to 10 minutes late: No additional charge.

10–30 minutes late: A £10 fee will be added to your final bill.
​

30–60 minutes late: A £20 fee will be added to your final bill.
​

Over 1 hour late: The appointment will be cancelled, any deposit will not be refunded & future appointments may require a steeper deposit.
